I wasn’t sure what to expect from this tuner, but for my hammered dulcimer it is great! It settles down very fast and and is superior to my phone app, even in a quiet room. Every instrument, and tuning environment, is different, but I did not expect to find this tuner to be so good given my experience with other Snark tuners. The tuner has an easy to read display. The pickup is responsive. The charge level is indicated on the display so I know when it is time to plug it in. The clip keeps it in place where I put it. There is no falling off the dulcimer. I am very pleased with the investment.
